Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information contains a clear error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices and Payments

Order Cancellation
